Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Saladefy, each meal is crafted with care and tailored for daily freshness. Due to the perishable and personalized nature of our offerings, we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy outlined below.


Cancellations

  • Once a subscription or trial plan is purchased, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or paused.

  • Customers may change their delivery address once per month, with at least 24 hours’ notice via email.

  • Please ensure all details, including slot selection and address, are confirmed before completing the booking.


Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for any subscriptions, meals, or deliveries once payment has been made.

  • In the rare case of a missed delivery due to an error on our end, we will offer:

    • A replacement meal, or

    • Adjust the missed delivery in your remaining subscription — subject to availability and discretion.


Non-Delivery Policy

  • If the customer is unavailable during the chosen delivery slot, and has not informed us at least 24 hours in advance, the missed meal will not be refunded, replaced, or rescheduled.

  • We cannot guarantee redelivery outside your selected time window.


Payment Policy

  • We primarily accept UPI payments for a seamless and secure experience.

  • Cash payments may be accepted in limited cases and require the customer to be available at the time of delivery.

  • Please review your subscription plan and personal details carefully before making any payment. All sales are considered final once confirmed.
