How It Works

At Saladefy, we’re committed to delivering freshness and convenience straight to your doorstep. Please review our delivery and service terms below to ensure a seamless experience:

Delivery Schedule

We deliver from Monday to Friday, with flexible delivery slots to suit your daily routine.
You can select your preferred time window during subscription or pre-booking:

• Morning Slot: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM

• Afternoon Slot: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

• Evening Slot: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Deliveries will be made within the selected time slot. Please note, deliveries may occasionally arrive a few minutes early or late due to traffic or routing. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Note:

• No deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays

• Meals should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery to maintain freshness and quality

Packaging & Hygiene

• All meals are packed using eco-friendly and hygienic containers

• Prepared using premium, fresh, and organic ingredients, with less than one teaspoon of olive oil per serving

• Meals are strictly vegetarian, prepared raw, semi-boiled, or roasted

• Our recipes are inspired by light continental cuisine, crafted for easy digestion and balanced nutrition

Delivery Zones & Charges

• Free delivery is available within a set radius based on your subscription plan

• For locations outside the free delivery zone, a per-kilometer delivery charge will apply

Subscription Policy

• Once purchased, subscriptions are non-modifiable

• You may update your delivery address once per month, with at least 24 hours’ notice via email

• All customer data will be kept strictly confidential

Payment Policy

• We accept UPI payments as the preferred mode of transaction

• Cash payments are accepted in select cases. Customers opting for cash are requested to ensure availability at the time of delivery

• Please note that repeated missed deliveries or unpaid orders may result in the suspension of cash-on-delivery eligibility for future orders
